A movement workshop devised by Sandrayati, inspired by the forthcoming record, INHABIT.
As our first collaborative session with Sandrayati sold out to a full house, we’re opening a second session. This time, we go deeper into the body through Sandrayati’s music. We explore movement, breath, and dance using somatic practices and partner work, inviting connection, presence, and embodied listening

Inhabiting Bodies is an invitation to explore our bodies as habitats
—as rhythm, as breath, as living landscapes. 
Guided by music from INHABIT, this immersive movement experience traces the cycle of life through four phases: 
recall, release~ , arise* and INHABIT
—echoing the wisdom of the menstrual cycle 
as a metaphor for all creation.

This workshop welcomes all genders to explore embodiment as a creative ritual. 
Through guided movement, poetic prompts, partner work, and a deep listening to body and earth, we remember that to move is to be alive—
and to be alive is to belong.

No dance or professional movement experience 
is necessary—just a willingness to feel, 
explore, and listen.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
Bettina Rose Jurák is a professional dancer, movement coach, and teacher of Sattva – Himalayan yoga, kriya, and breathwork. She is currently deepening her studies to become a trauma-informed somatic educator, devoted to supporting women on their journey back to the wisdom of the body.
Bettina approaches the body’s unfolding with a holistic heart. She believes in the power of honest, safe connection — in coming home to ourselves, in feeling and fully inhabiting the body, and in remembering what it means to live within it.
Our bodies carry stories — of emotion, of wounding, of unspoken memory. Through gentle, intentional movement, Bettina creates space for body and soul to meet again — in rhythm, in healing, in wholeness.

⌇Where? Soul Buddy (1123 Budapest, Győri út 4.)

⌇What should I wear? — wear clothes that allow easy, comfortable movement. I recommend layered clothing, so you can keep your body warm at the beginning of the class and during the meditation.

⌇Should I bring anything else besides myself? — everything is provided for the class: a yoga mat, meditation cushion, blanket, as well as fluids and healthy snacks before and after the session. So just bring yourself :)

⌇Do I need any prior dance experience? — no, you don’t need any dance background at all. We recommend the class to everyone <3
You only need to tune your attention to your body’s signals, so you always do as much and in whatever way feels good in the moment — while we also continuously try to gently expand our boundaries.

⌇Cancellation — class ticket refund policy:
book mindfully. there is no possibility of a refund for the class ticket, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else!
