◉ RIGHT TIME - MANTRA (Rupture London - UK) ◉

◉ The next RIGHT TIME event will feature the incredibly versatile and highly energetic Mantra, who has been one of the most dedicated advocates of jungle and drum & bass culture for many years. Along with Double O, she co-founded their movement, Rupture, which has now been around for 18 years. Rupture serves as both a record label and an important event series in London, becoming synonymous with high-quality, forward-thinking jungle/drum & bass that also honors the genre's roots. Mantra's DJ sets can be described in a similar way - besides being full of life, they always showcase her passion for deep, emotional tracks from both the past and present, spiced up with rarities, heavy dubs, and boundary-pushing specialties.

In recent years, Mantra has also flourished as a producer, with her exciting dubstep, bass, jungle, and dnb tracks and collaborations landing on esteemed labels such as Future Retro London, Sneaker Social Club, System Music, and Ilian Tape. She has previously appeared on Repertoire, AKO Beatz, and Samurai Music as well. Additionally, she is one of the founders of the EQ50 collective, launched in 2018. In response to the gender inequality within the jungle/dnb scene, EQ50 supports women and non-binary individuals interested in this corner of the music industry through workshops, events, and mentoring programs, creating a safe space for them.

We are extremely excited for Mantra's first performance in Budapest at Gólya, and we are looking forward to seeing you all on the dancefloor! Throughout the evening, the four RIGHT TIME residents - Panka, Mentalien, Benc, and Zoom - will take over the decks as well, bringing along plenty of jungle, UK hardcore, drumfunk, and dnb favorites in their bags. The amazing stage and venue visual creator, Dragó, will once again join us, setting the stage for another unforgettable experience!
