Az esemény a szövetség partnerei segítségével, valamint a Novotel felajánlásával a Kongresszusi Központban valósulhat meg. Az estélyen a díjazottak és hozzátartozóik mellett a magyar rögbi klubok tagjai, a rögbisek baráti köre, valamint a rögbi sportágat szerető és támogatni kívánó személyek, szervezetek és cégek  vesznek részt. A szövetség tavalyi, a Francia Intézet dísztermében nagy sikerrel megrendezett gála folytatásaként  igazi rögbis közösségi ünnepet szeretne rendezni, sok vidámsággal, zenével és tánccal.

The event can take place in the Congress Center with the help of the union's partners and the offer of Novotel. In addition to the award winners and their relatives, members of the Hungarian rugby clubs, the circle of friends of rugby players, as well as persons, organizations and companies who love and wish to support the sport of rugby will take part in the evening. As a continuation of last year's gala organized with great success in the hall of the French Institute, the association wants to organize a real rugby community celebration, with lots of fun, music and dancing.
