[ESN]-UV Halloween party

Refund policy:

If you can't participate in the event, you can resell your ticket. The receiving party should notify us on the board@bme.esn.hu email address. Failing to do so renders the ticket invalid.

Acknowledgements and data protections:

By attending the event I hereby declare and acknowledge that I take part in the events organized by the mentors of ESN BME (hereinafter referred to as organizers) operating under the Student Body of Foreign Affairs of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics at my own risk. I promise to only come to the event if I feel healthy. | I consent to the ESN BME using my data provided above in order to organize and manage the event. | I consent to ESN BME making photos during the event, which it may store and later use as promotional material for its future events.
