A mai Gundel visszatért az eredeti küldetéshez, mely szerint „a Gundel mindenkié”! Hisszük és hirdetjük Gundel Károly alapító gondolatát, amelynek égisze alatt kínáljuk ételeinket a leghíresebb Gundel klasszikusokat, amelyek a mai magyar gasztronómia alapjait képezik.
